What I do in one sentence:
I am a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer (ger. wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter) in English linguistics at the University of Düsseldorf, as well as a consultant at the University Library Center (hbz) in Cologne, who is interested in computer-mediated communication, digital methods in the Humanities and in how the Internet is reshaping scholarly communication.
Not exactly short, but it is a single sentence. :)
